Privacy Violations: Collecting or disclosing any personal information without the subject’s consent, including but not limited to names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, and financial information.
Spamming and Unsolicited Communications: Sending unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of duplicative or unsolicited messages.
Intellectual Property Infringement: Violating the intellectual property rights of others, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents, or trade secrets.
Malware and Hacking: Uploading, transmitting, or distributing any viruses, worms, Trojan horses, time bombs, spyware, or any other similar harmful software. Network Abuse: Disrupting, interfering with, or causing excessive load on the App, servers, or networks connected to the App, including by means of overloading, flooding, spamming, mail-bombing, or crashing.
Fraudulent Activities: Impersonating any person or entity, including any of our representatives, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.
Prohibited Content: Distributing or making available any content that is obscene, offensive, pornographic, harmful to minors, or otherwise objectionable.

III. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for your conduct and any content that you create, transmit, or display while using the App.

You must:

Obtain Consent: Ensure that you have obtained all necessary consents and permissions from individuals before collecting, using, or sharing their personal information.
Compliance with Laws: Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, regulations, and treaties while using the App.
Accurate Information: Provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and keep it up-to-date.
Security Measures: Implement and maintain appropriate security measures to protect your account and any data transmitted through the App from unauthorized access or use.

IV. ENFORCEMENT AND REMEDIES

We reserve the right to investigate any potential violation of this Policy and to take appropriate action, including but not limited to:

Account Suspension or Termination: We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the App without prior notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated this Policy.
Legal Action: We may take legal action against you to enforce this Policy and to seek damages for any violations.
